We are saddened to hear the piece you received didn't appear as you hoped or like the picture. We do our best to provide pictures of the pieces on different models in different angles along with a video. The only money not refunded was shipping costs, but we are going to refund you those costs as well since you weren't satisfied. We appreciate your feedback and hope you feel your experience has been better.

We apologize for any confusion regarding your refund. A representative will be reaching out to you today to explain the break down. We did issue you a refund in full for the order with the exception of shipping charges as you were told. The only money that was not refunded was $16.40 which was the total for shipping to you and the return shipping (each $7.95 + tax). We appreciate your feedback and hope we are able to get this resolved for you.

The order you reference was for Urban Gypsy (totaling $101.89) which does have a lace front. We have worked hard to implement processes to ensure we only send out products that pass our strict quality control process. Please know we take your feedback seriously and are already looking through our records and speaking with our team to determine how this could have happened. We appreciate your feedback and are so sorry that we could not accept the two pieces returned. We have worked hard to implement processes to ensure we only send out products that pass our strict quality control process. The two items were different sizes and were not accepted for the same reason, which is what could have caused the damage. Getting the right size is important when choosing a piece. Please know we tried our best to accommodate you, which is why we did still refund you for one of the items and we returned the other item to you. We apologize that we weren't able to accept the items back for return due to our quality control being of importance.
