I have purchased wigs from your website in the past. This site always has a good selection of styles and colors so purchasing my wig was a pleasant and straight-forward process. The biggest concern I had about my recent purchase was that there were no pictures of a model wearing the hair color I chose or a more detailed description of the wig colors. I took my best guess and the wig color I chose was very unappealing on me so I regrettably had to return it.

The color of the wigs are different than they appear. Some are lighter, some are darker than appear in picture

It was a great fit and didn’t have too much hair on the top. It was just right. The color was a bit darker than I thought it would be,however that is just minor.

The wig arrived in a timely manner. It is fairly attractive, and suits my face. I give it 4 starts instead of 5 because I don't LOVE it, and it does look like a wig.

Product was in excellent shape, my only concern with most wigs is that I can't choose a smaller size and I need to sew them to make them smaller.

If you aren’t sure about what to buy, the phone center is very helpful. They listen and make suggestions. I was getting older and wanted a style to reflect my grown-up look. I was able to transition my color and style in a very natural way, as though I’d just cut my hair and styled it. No one at work even questioned it was a wig. The higher quality wigs are worth the price because they’re very natural looking. I did get one wig that had a slight “flaw” to it and customer service was very quick at helping me exchange it for another. I like and trust this company, and plan to continue with them. Good quality, good value.
