I had ordered a topper that ended up being too red which was on sale. I called customer support and she was so helpful in guiding me to the right color combination (2 colors) and I was able to exchange the initial one for the one that the color fit me more suitably even though it had been on sale. She was very friendly and very serviced focused. Great experience!

I had excellent experience with wigs.com. I called them several times and each time I was helped by knowlegeble member of staff. After having placed my order I received the parcel super fast. The wig was of great quality. Unfortunately I had to return my order (no fault of wigs.com!). Once I sent the wig back I received the refund inna very timely manner. I couldn't be happier! My wig arrived sooner than expected and is beautiful. I was a bit concerned that the salt and pepper color is more "salt" than my natural color, but it's truly gorgeous. I have a very sensitive scalp and am generally uncomfortable wearing a wig. Although it's still a little uncomfortable, it's far better than anything else I've tried and I can wear it for hours without wanting to yank it off my head. Between the appearance, comfort, and extremely reasonable price, I highly recommend this wig and website.

Unfortunately I will be returning the wig I purchased. It has just too much hair for my head. The reason I bought it is that all the hair salons have been closed because of Covid 19 and my hair dresser decided to retire rather than continue to pay rent on her station. So I have no one to trim the wig down any. Also, the color was just not right for me. Very disappointing.

Hair wonderful highly recommend the lace front. I ordered petite and I am very glad because I have a small head. It will need some cutting and thinning but I expected that. Color exactly what I expected. Great deal for the price!
