Amazing wigs! I have now ordered 3 woods from wigs.com and the quality and shipping times are amazing. I only did 4 stars because of a customer service issue when I wanted to return a Wig Grip. I had had surgery 2 days prior to calling to find out how to return it and the girl claimed she could not find the original order. I explained that I had just had surgery and it would be very difficult for me to get up and find the paperwork. We were at a standstill. I inched my way up out of bed to try to find the paperwork and then she mysteriously found my order. Additionally, she was curt and condescending. Aside from her, I love love love wigs.com.

The wig I purchased was very nice and delivery was super fast! I did return it however, because I didn't care for the style on me. I would purchase again if I can find a style more suited to me.

I have short hair. I ordered a medium length wig. The wig was too much hair for me. However, this was my mistake. I returned the wig and waiting for my replacement.

Love the feel look and overall condition of topper color was a little off but still very beautiful. Will order again.

Overall experience has been good. Merchandise arrives in timely manner and in good condition. Had a question that I posted on your website abt 2 wks ago re: if a wig came in a large/plus cap size, have checked website and don't recall seeing a response. Haven't had to return anything yet, to me that always tell the true tale regarding how good a company's customer service is. Have recommended your site to family and friends. Thanks.

I love this wig. It looks exactly like the photo and very realistic. I have to admit it took a couple of attempts to get the right blonde. The first was too blonde and the second too yellow but the third blonde is perfect. It looks really cute with a beanie but equally nice without. I’ve washed it and it still looks good. I’ve tried other wigs and I’m always disappointed so this is my go to wig.

Such a cute wig! Does tangle easily bc it’s synthetic, but overall a great buy!
