Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Reviews of wigs.com

It is on the way back because of the color. Description says light brown, light blonde and white. the crown of the wig was dark brown. Just not the color I expected since the picture shows almost pure white. Will keep looking for another wig that will have the color I want.

Post a full video of each wig color. I ordered 2 wigs so far and neither one looked anything like the tiny swatch of color shown on the web site. I've ordered a third and hope this one looks more like what the tiny color swatch looks like on line. Its impossible to choose a wig with these tiny color swatches and with a return shipping fee of almost 8.00 per wig I send back, this adds up!

The experience has been a nightmare for me. You solicit Canadian business. But you don't take time to find out how to properly ship to Canada. You fill out at customs form (takes about 3 min) attach it and mail your parcel. Then your Cdn customer receives it with no extra charge. Instead you ship UPS, designate them as your customs broker. They slap on hefty $$$ and customer receives your parcel with $55 C.O.D charges from UPS for customs charges. . Not only is it outrageous, but it is no way to promote business in Canada. Who is going to order from you again after that experience?? Updated Review --The company was very good in responding, and gave me a full refund including the $35 shipping charge they billed me. They phoned from U.S. and apologized. I thank them for that. But the nightmare just came back. UPS is billing for the declined $55 COD. They've set up an account for me with a wrong date of Mar 2. I just received the bill today on the 25th. It is due Mar 16th and they are going to charge me interest!! I've written to them, explained the circumstances, told them it was a COD I declined. I've told them I'm quite willing to go to small claims court and let a judge decide if the charge is valid. Will they pay any attention to to my letter?? I don't know. These type of faulty charges tend to go and on. Right now I feel like this is NEVER going to be over.

I gave you 1 star because you have the best prices, affordable, BUT, the quality is not there. Sorry!

I was so excited to receive this wig. When it arrived, I was deeply disappointed with the colour. It was a lot darker than expected. I went to the page to return it and put in my invoice number and it said it couldn’t be returned. I have no idea why? So disappointed!

The quality was horrible. Super shiny and unable to style. Don't waste your money!

Stattdessen wollte man mir 10% Preisnachlass gewähren. Also besser Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen.

Color received looked nothing like online...
