Cute wig, loved every part of the transaction..SERIOUSLY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE... I took a chance and ordered a pink wig..LOVED it, except the color BLENDS in with my skin color.making it blend from the bangs down to my chin,.so it looks like I have a very large forehead.LOL. .but I am KEEPING it, as I think I can sew a few darker wefts into the bangs..(the only area that looks bad), or wear it on occasions where I wear a lot of makeup Otherwise, it is soft, has a nice cut, hangs nicely. And IT HAS BANGS! It is so hard to find medium wigs with bangs..most of them are too,short, or too long..I would also love a SHAG style..but I thing shags are out of style...😁

Ignite is my first wig. It looks very natural and chic. I have not been able to wear it as it is itchy and picky on my bald head. It may be sensitivity from chemo. I have received some pointers I am going to try. Hope they work. Want to wear it soon!

Color didn't match. Other than that I'm satisfied.

No problem with the company, shipping was faster than expected, product was well- packaged. The wig, however, is too tight. I've emailed to see I'd the is something I can do to stretch it a bit.

The wig I ordered arrived in a timely manner, is a lovely piece, and was delicately packed. I appreciated that a wig cap was included for use to keep the integrity & cleanliness of the wig. I found the information on the website helpful and ordering was easy. I like that there are accompanying videos when possible. I feel the prices are very fair. The piece was not the right color or cut for me, so it has been returned. I don't have feedback on the return part as it is still in the processing phase. I was not able to open the package the day it arrived. In this day of Coronavirus/COVID-19, it was a few days before I could get out to the UPS shipping center. So, in this instance, 14 days seemed a little short. Your video said it used be 30 days to return. Maybe adjust it to 20 days? I do understand your position. Thank you for your time, stay healthy! As a lupus patient with severe hair loss I purchase wigs several times a year. I find it difficult to purchase new styles/colors on line but thankfully Wigs.com have made theIr return process much easier than in the past. However I don’t recommend their BeautiMark products, too harsh for synthetic wigs.

I need a wig due to hair loss from chemotherapy. The Air wig I purchased was my first wig and I was nervous about how it would look. I was happy with all the information on the website that helped me measure and narrow down my choices. I selected the Air wig in Light Bernstein. It was delivered quickly and came out of the box ready to wear. It fits snugly and looks cute. I am happy with my purchase. My only complaint is that I have been unable to obtain an invoice to submit to my insurance company. I have made two requests over several weeks and have received no reply.

The Perfection wig by Gabor is good quality and true to the color. Glad I purchased it. However it will need a lot of styling to look like the model with the off-the-face look.
