We apologize that you weren't satisfied with the piece you received. The piece you purchased is a smaller topper and the reason for the cost is that it was Remy Human Hair which will be the most natural look and feel. You do have the option to return as we don't want you to keep a piece you aren't satisfied with. We called and left you a voicemail as well to try and assist further and resolve the issue. We appreciate your feedback and hope to turn things around and make you a happy client.

We appreciate your feedback and apologize that the color descriptions and pictures were not clear. Please know we continue to improve our descriptions of color as well as the pictures and videos showing the colors. We have trucolor on a variety of pieces which will give a true picture of the color on a wig or hairpiece. We are still working on getting this on the site for each piece since we have so many different pieces and styles. Once we receive the returned piece back we will refund you accordingly. Our experts on color are always also happy to assist in the future!

We appreciate your feedback and would like to apologize for the shipping options not being clear. We can understand your frustration with having to pay that amount for a small hairpiece. We ship using UPS therefore there is only one shipping option with them when shipping to Canada and it is a cost of $29.95. We are making improvements on our site for our international and Canadian clients with having the option to pay duties/tax upfront. We have taken your feedback to the proper department so that maybe in the future we will utilize another courier when shipping to Canada.
