The first wig I purchased was an Ellen Wille Joy. The wig was beautiful but too small. I called the helpline to see if there any Ellen Wille wigs that come in a size average. The person that helped me was very warm, friendly, informative and extremely helpful. Unfortunately the selection of average size wigs for this brand are very limited. The representative suggested other brands that might compare to the quality of Ellen Wille. I ended up purchasing a Raquel Welch center stage wig which fits perfect. Rather than wait to receive credit on my return I went ahead and purchased the second wig. The return process was extremely simple and fast. I received my refund 8 days after I sent it back. I give Wigs.com 5 stars for their courteous service, efficient shipping process and excellent selection of wigs. None of their wigs are knockoffs.

I love that the wigs get delivered so quickly and I’ve been pretty satisfied with the customer service overall. Best is that they get delivered quick!

Excellent service. Shipped out my order right away. Unfortunately it was to light for me but it was very easy to fill out paperwork to print a shipping label and send it back. Would order from Wigs.com again.
