Bad part is the long delivery time - years delivery has been lonnnng.

The website experience is almost perfect. I have ordered 3 toppers but none were quite right, color and/or style. Return process is easy and customer service response time to questions is fast. My suggestion is to have a place on the website in "my account" to add to a wish list when an item is out of stock and "back soon" so I can find it again and purchase it.

Very easy website to use. Color charts are very convenient and easy to match. Shipping is very fast. Hair looks and feels real and matches my hair perfect.

The wig was beautiful and promptly delivered (within a week), but it didn't suit me, so I sent it back. I'm waiting to see how long before I get a refund. The thing is their inventory for gray wigs is great and I want to buy a more expensive one, but I want to wait for the refund first. We'll see. It's only been a week. That's why I'm doing 4 stars. If I get the refund soon, I'll come back and change this.

I could not have match my hair color as close from a picture as I did with yours. I think the wig is beautiful. Problem is I don’t know how to wear a wig or style it.

The wig is just a little too big. It is a bit large for a petite. Otherwise I am please with it. It arrived in record time. I will try another purchase.
