Received it in a timely manner. Unfortunately I have sent it back. It wasn’t what I had thought it would be. I will be using your site again, that item just didn’t work for me.

Wigs.com is fantastic! So many wigs choices to cover all preferences. The shipping is also AMAZINGLY fast. It makes me so happy to get my new wigs within a couple days of ordering. The only thing I would like to suggest improvements on is providing better pictures of the color samples. The current ones do not show enough to get a real feel of the actual color in context to the wig. I am always hoping that the color is listed on the model pictures or someone has posted a review picture and indicates the color.

It would be helpful if delivery people would ring the bell when leaving packages.

I absolutely love the concept of this piece... A little skimpy in my opinion and clip to hold it in is brown.. On silver/gray hair it should be clear...Would purchase a double sized extension with a clear clip in a heartbeat... That said I am wearing mine a lot... Have others that are more substantial so they get worn more often even though they are more curly than I like... still looking for the perfect piece

i received my wig very quickly! Attractive packaging. Beautiful color, will order again. Have worn for one week, and found some shedding and tangling, although i dont sleep in wig. It is on a wig stand when not in use. It doesn't detract from high quality of wig and a feeling of custom design. Very comfortable on! Will recommend to friends because it allows for a fun, easy way for a different look!

Thanks for quality products. Although I had to return wig because it was too small, I am satisficed with customer care.

Appears very well made and real for synthetic. I purchased the topper but had to return because the style I picked didn't blend in with my natural hair. I will order again with a different style.
