Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Reviews of wigs.com

Good website and quick delivery but quality of products has become really inconsistent even for the more expensive wigs. Charge a high restocking fee even to swap a bad color distribution or flawed wig. Have ordered from the site for nearly 15 years not sure I will continue to do so.

The quality of the wigs sold by Wigs.com could not be better. However, the ordering process really needs to be improved. I've purchases seven wigs from Wigs.com in the last nine months. Twice when I ordered, the wigs never shipped out. Only after calling the company and discovering that the wigs were in, one case back ordered, and in the other case, simply never shipped, did I discover what happened to my orders. So again, I love the wigs, but their ordering system has to be improved. There should be SOME way that the customer can tell which wigs/colors are in stock.

I bought Jessica my Jon Renau. The wig was too shiny for me and too much hair. I recently ordered Voltage by Rachel Welch and can't wait to get it. It looks like a sassy hair style and is shorter which is probably better suited for me.

I have no problem with Wigs.com. My 3 star rating is related to whoever is making the Rene' of Paris "New Addition" wiglet (hair topper). I have been wearing this wiglet at least 6 yrs. or longer (and I LOVE it).Since at least 2016 (when I ordered 3 and never thought to check them as they had always been perfect), the maker of these wiglets has been SKIMPING on the length of the crown which is supposed to be 4 1/2 inches long as described on line and previously it had been perfect. I still had 2 wiglets left from my previous order from Wilshire wigs which is why 2 yrs passed before I tried to use one of the wiglets ordered in 2016 and discovered the crown hair is now only 3-3 1/2 inches long and that is a HUGE difference to try to work with. They are way short and very hard to get to lie down---they want to stick up in the air. If I didn't go to a hairdresser every wk. who is phenomenal in working with my wiglets, I would be out of luck as over a period of several wks. and a little back combing and hair spray, she is able to get the crown hair trained to look acceptable. I wish Wigs.com could put some pressure on the supplier of these wonderful wiglets and get them to quit skimping on the length of the crown hair----I don't know why they started doing that.

The last 2 wigs i recieved i liked but the cut was not right and the other one i had to sew because it was stretched out and loose. So fir the money i was dissapointed.

Still haven’t received some items two weeks later.
