Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Reviews of wigs.com

I ordered the Nadia Wig by Envy in Dark Blonde, along with other wig accessories. I'm very pleased with my transaction with Wigs.com. I highly recommend the Nadia Wig by Envy and will purchase it in other colors.

This wig is beautiful. Very well made and styled. I love the color. I can’t wait to wear it. It’s the second one I’ve bought.

I initially bought a topper and it arrived on a Saturday. It was all wrong for me. So I emailed them and they got right back to me the first business day after the weekend. I sent them pictures of my hair in different light and poses to see the variations that gave me trouble. I was able to set up a video chat for the next day with a really nice woman who helped me pick a better color for me and sent me a lable to return the topper I had. If I had to not pick I wish the shipping was free, but at least they don't charge a restocking fee like some places. So ultimately I was happy and really didn't mind the return shipping charge. I will definitely shop with them again.

I purchased the wig pro Liana wig not quite what I expected. Decided to cut some bangs into it but regretted it afterwards. However wigs.com is a probably the best wig store I have used to purchase wigs. I live in Canada and they have never taken longer than 4 days to deliver to me and they have no restocking fees for returns. Great company. Thank You wigs.com for such wonderful service!

After ordering wigs from other companies on line, Wigs.Com is the only one I will use from now on. Delivery was fast and the wig I ordered actually was the one I purchased. The packaging was perfect.

Website is well organized, has adequate photos to make an appropriate choice, and good color selection. Item ordered was shipped the very next day, and arrived two days after that. Could not possibly ask for more professional service. And lastly it looks good. !!

Very fast shipping time. Product was exactly as pictured and what I wanted. Thanks

Website is very informative and easy to navigate, produce selection is huge, customer service is prompt and very helpful, shipping is fast, and return policy is generous. One of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommend!
