The color options are extremely limited and they sell the pieces without telling you it will take weeks to get them. So they are basically selling you items they don't have. It's not good business. I've had to look elsewhere.

I am only giving this site 3 stars because stock availability is not listed when purchasing a wig. I also was not informed via e-mail that my order was not in stock and that I would have to wait a month to receive it..so after waiting 2 wks and left wondering why I had not gotten it yet I finally called the company to see what was up with my order and that was when I was informed that they would not receive the item in their warehouse until first wk in July! I had placed my order on June 7th. I love the wigs and always do business with this company and don't mind the wait, I just would have liked the courtesy of being informed about my order status.

Excellent product if you choose to address hair loss on your own, I researched the product and received it and was beyond elated!! I will no longer need to pay for extensions and costly installations. great prices as well.

I have been wearing this wig for a long time.I love it.Wish it came in a size large, also been having trouble with the lace front starting to unravel on one side after a few times wearing it.

I’ve ordered several wigs in the past and always had a great experience! This time has been different! The wig I ordered is out of stock until October! I feel the wig should not have been offered if it was out of stock! Disappointed!

I usually purchase my wigs at Wigs.com & have been happy with customer service & quality. However, I recently purchased 2 wigs on May 27th &, as of this date, June 17th, have not received them. I have sent 2 emails inquiring about status but have not received a response. I'm waiting for my bill to see if I was charged & plan on calling them tomorrow.

I have been buying sky for a while. Some are just right but some are too small. I have a medium head and I know it constant all the ordering on the factory. Some I have tried the large and it works but I feels to a loose. Maybe you can suggest something? Rhedia Stark
