Our menu advises that our order numbers begin with "W2" to clarify that you are calling the correct company you had ordered from. There are a number of sites Wigs.com is not affiliated with that also sell wigs. Unfortunately some of these are scam sites that do not have a way to contact them. In order to better assist those looking for other companies they did place there order with, we do provide a bit of information to address this. In the meantime, we do see that your return was received yesterday October 6th. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return inspection and refund.
