Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Reviews of wigs.com

I haven't ordered a wig from here, however I did order wig hairspray, shampoo and shine spray. I can't believe how quick the delivery was and it was nicely packaged (no ability to have a leak or spill). With this service, I will definitely order wigs as well!

I enjoyed working with your staff. I was very nervous buying such an expensive product online, wigs, com helped me get over my fears, The first wig I bought was not what I wanted so I returned it without incident. They helped me pick out a wig that was phenomenal. I trusted them and I am very pleased with what they helped me pick out, I told them what I wanted and it is perfect. You cannot beat their customer service. 👍

Wigs.com has been my "go-to" online wig store for years. Shipping is fast, customer service is friendly, and the videos they share about most of the wigs are soooo helpful. While I rarely return a wig, the couple of times I did, I found the process easy, money was refunded quickly. AND, I love the sales! I have recommended this site to so many other women. Thumbs up, guys, thank you!

I love wigs.com. typically wont order unless there is a coupon. Customer service isnt too good at refunding money if a wig is not made to standard. found out hard way.said thats how they are made. But ive been wearing wigs for years i even reordered same wig and it did not come defective. Goes to show they arent about helping the customer in that way. When i was in tears. But i do still shop and hope i dont or wont need to do any returns on a defective wig ever again.

Arrived in the time given for delivery. Packaging in excellent condition. Perfect match for my hair color, Playful #56. Love it.
