I love the pricing and super-fast delivery AND that you can try on the wig before you decide to keep it or not. I do keep ordering the same wig over and over but there is sometimes a bit of variation in the manufacturing which is out of your control.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Jun 3, 2026
Kathleen, We're so happy you appreciate our pricing, fast delivery, and try-on option! We understand your point about manufacturing variations and thank you for your continued loyalty.

Great customer service. I receive the wigs very quickly, usually within a week. The wigs are always neatly packaged. If a wig needs to be returned, credit is issued immediately after Wigs.com receives the wig. Wigs.com offers a wide selection of very good quality wigs
