I took a chance ordering this wig. My hair has gotten so thin as I’ve aged, and I wanted something in the hairstyle I have but adding volume and close to my color. I was so surprised when I got it.....matches my hair so I can pull some strands out, and it fits perfectly to the head. Color is perfect. Thank you so much for getting it out quickly and packaged so well. My husband loves it and said it makes me look younger too!!

Easy return system. However it takes awhile for the item to actually ship. If you do need to return, it takes a week or more for them to process the credit to your account once they receive it. So the entire process ends up taking about a month if your purchase doesn't work for you.

I was skeptical, having bought hair pieces that didn't work out before, especially at this price point. But I was pleasantly surprised! This piece is easy to snap in and blends in with my natural hair. It's an instant pick me up that quickly disguises grays and thinning hair. I would recommend.

Great color, but still the finishing not excellent.

A lot of selection which was nice, but navigating through all the colors and the example images was challenging. Still the amount of information and education was really helpful for a first time purchaser.
