Used to be great. Seems like the quality has gone down

July 2018 - I was buying a couple of wigs for my sister, who starts her chemo treatments today, as a gift. I was very disappointed that the invoice was emailed to her, as it was a GIFT. She was the SHIP TO ~ I was the BILL TO. Very disappointed that a gift feature is not part of the ordering process. I cannot "comment" on the wigs themselves as she has not received them yet.

I love the style of the wig that I received but the color is not even close to what the swatch looked like on the website. I will need to return it for something else.

I’d like to see all wig colours on heads not just one or two as the samples are difficult to get an idea of the colour. For international orders a customs amount to pay would be useful too as this can delay receipt of the product. It would be great to search by wig colour too so if one colour is liked being able to see that colour in different styles on heads would be good.

Wig look like already worn .. it is doesn't have dense hair like the one I bought it in local salon ( same brand n size) . They took almost 10days to deliver n I had no time return the wig

My past 8 orders always gave items out of stock.

I was advised to purchase the wig in a certain color. I was sorely disappointed when the wig arrived so dark. I opened the box at the post office and the attendant at the post office mentioned how dark it was. I need a Light Ash Brown and this was exceedingly dark. So, I sit here with a much needed wig.
