**UPDATE** I have given back the 5 stars Wigs.com deserves for much better customer service. I appreciate that Kerry reached out after receiving my returned wig and made the replacement process to a better color so easy. Normally I would give 5 stars as I have been buying Raquel Welch wigs from you since I went through chemo 7 years ago and got hooked on how great wigs are,, I love your RW.. My only issue with this order was I was sent the wrong color. For 7 years and probably 50 wigs I have always ordered the same color. I tried calling customer service , which this is not the first time , no one answers the phone, I wanted it set that when you received my return send out the right color. I sent the wig back with a note,, It is not that big of an issue I had a back up new wig , my other style I broke in. Wigs are great, I have tried many of the other brands but Raquel is hands down the best fit and quality. 5 Stars will come back when customer service improves. I so understand lack of labor force thanks to Covid,, ..

The wig I purchased was of good quality and I had it professionally cut in. It looks great and no one has a clue that it's synthetic hair!! I'm buying another.
