Your service is outstanding. I received my wig less than a week after I ordered it, and I live in the Middle East. I also spoke to a Customer Service person, discussing pros and cons of several models and their colors, and she was very, very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to as well. Only thing that was negative....I paid you $55 USD for shipping, knowing that I would have to pay 17% tax and customs upon receipt of the wig. However, the local shipper charged me an additional $75 USD - way, way more than just 17% tax and customs - and that was a shock. I would not ship directly with you again.

I like the wig...but the top is to short and it sticks up. I plan to buy another down the line-I hope this may be rectified. sincerely, brenda newman

The Wig I received, did not look like the Wig I ordered. The Color was too dark.

I really like my topper! I had to return my first due to color did not match It is hard to chose color from pics but the return was super easy & my money was refunded promptly. My second choice was better in color but still a little dark....so I just dyed my bio hair to match!! HIGHLY recommend this site!

the product was A-1. Just you failed in stating clear that the import fees depend on local regulations.,and it will be charged by the carrier. This should be explained as an important notice at the moment you pay. Otherwise, your product and attention were just fine
