I don’t know who I am dealing with here? Wigs.com or Beauty & hair? I have been writing B &H asking them for advice on my new wig. It has so many fly away hairs, I can’t control them? This is my second RW wig. First one was voltage, have no problem with it. Have not gotten back any response.

I ordered my wigs on Tuesday, March 1, paid for 2nd day air, I thought I would get them by Friday. I called Wigs.com and they returned $10.00 out of the $22.00 I paid . She said I would get them by Monday. Ups tried to deliver them to my home, but because they were over ‘$500.00,UPS, said they had to have my signature.No one from Wigs.com told me that. If I knew that I would have had them delivered to my office. When I told UPS I needed to get my wigs because I am going out of town, they said I could pick them up at a UPS not near my home and it would cost me $8.99. So I had to pay that amount, wait a couple of hours until the wigs got delivered to a particular UPS and then go and pick them up. I surely did not need this, since I needed to pack. Also, I ended wearing one of the new wigs out of town that needed the bangs cut, but because it was too late and didn’t get them on Friday I was not able to go to the hair salon. I called Wigs.com and spoke with the asst manager and shared all of this. I asked if they would pay the $8.99 and she said no, never apologized and I shared that I was really upset. I asked if they were going to compensate me in any way, since I now paid a total of $21.00 for shipping and a lot of aggravation. She offered me 30% off on my next order, which I said i just purchased 3 wigs, so I would ‘n need another wig for awhile. She reluctantly put an order to send me the traveler shampoo kit, which is an item that is rated 1 star on their website. The way she handled this really made me very disappointed in wigs.com. She surely did not come across very customer service oriented. Not sure if I will purchase from Wigs.com again

Although a previous order was fine this order was not. The wig was obviously a return that was never inspected. The packaging was not the usual. It looked like the return was just thrown back into the box and never secured. Also the wig has obviously been trimmed particularly in the back. According to the return instructions printed on the form I will be charged a return shipping fee. I hope not since I did not receive a good wig and want it replaced with what I should have received.

Every single ponytail etc. that I purchased is nothing like the online photos. Can I get a refund?

Only giving 1 star because the $400 wig i ordered is quality. However, I ordered the first unit and forgot to order petite size. It was less than 30 minutes after ordering that i sent an email asking them to change the size. This was on a weekend evening so before Monday, I sent a total of 3 emails asking them to change the size! I get an email back on Monday saying unfortunately I could not cancel my order since it had already been processed?? What? I didn't want to cancel i just needed a smaller size! After several emails back and forth I stated a lot of the reviews were saying this wig seem to run small. I was hopeful the wig they sent would work but it did not. I went online and purchased the same wig but in the correct size of petite this time. I boxed the first one all back up in the original packaging along with the tags, copies of my emails and all appropriate paperwork. I received an email stating they could not process my return due to it been "worn or damaged" I am livid! This is a $400.00 that I tried on once for 2 minutes. This is outrageous and I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as this is deceitful business!

I purchased 2 items. A smokey rose pink wig and a clip in pony tail. The wig was no where NEAR pink. It was white all the way through. Not even close to what showed on-line. Then there was the pony tail that was such a small amount of hair, that it only had a flimsy 1 1/2" claw clip. Neither was anywhere near worth the money. Shipping to me was quick, but I returned (they received) the items back over 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my refund. I was SO disappointed as I was really looking forward to that wig. So Sad.

The wig looks nothing like in the online photo and the right side did not take the curls like right side did. Therefore the right side is longer and looks terrible and I can't even use a curling iron to fix it. As soon as I started to run my fingers through the curls to separate them a little it instantly started to frizz out. There also a few bald spots you can notice cause the top is curled and the hair underneath is plastered to the scalp and barely curled. For the money I paid I was hoping I would have finally found a wig that would be the last one I had to buy and that it would be perfect. So much for that. And i can't even return it cause i took the tags off thinking i could work with it and that i would love it. I would love a refund. I haven't even put it on once!
