The realistic of the the lace. Making it look natural on. Why i didn't give a five stars was because it slides back on my head. Other than that the wig is beautiful and looked real on.

I ordered the wig Chat. Perfect fit. No need for a trip to salon for a trim. My only complaint is the color in picture doesn't match the actual wig. I ordered a second wig in a different color but it had all the grey around the face which made too much light colored hair at front. Sent the second wig back. The wig color on the second wig was what I always wear but couldn't wear this extra grey face edge.

Initial experience was good, but subsequent searching not so good. Color are defined with blurry pictures and numbers, not names of colors. I like the color I eventually choose but have no idea how to find the same color in a different wig. I would prefer better photos in the selection process, and a color identity that I can easily recall, rather than a number which is apparently not the same from one wig to another.

The customer service is fantastic!! Every person I spoke with was very caring and helpful. The only partial drawback is that I haven't been able to get a side part in my topper so I may have to see about sending it back Otherwise I would have given a rating of 10

The quality of the wig I received wasn't up to wigs.com's usual standards; the bangs looked like they had been cut, and the hair was sticking out in unusual places. However, the return was very easy and they refunded all but shipping very quickly.
