I enjoy shopping on this site. the only complaint I have is the wigs being modeled on the sight are often not "OUT OF THE BOX" but styled for the model. I find that real short on the model is often medium length on me. To be fair the company recomends having the wig styled for the recepient. I don't have someone I trust at this time to cut and thin a $200.00 plus investment.

I would have given this five stars if it had the capability of using a curling iron but I knew it did not when I purchased it. I have been trying to find a bob that was the perfect length for me and they were either too short on me or didn't have the hairline I wanted, or something else I wasn't happy with. I'd buy and return, buy and return (nice return policy) and was never satisfied. I finally decided to buy a long wig and cut it to the length I needed. Voila! I am finally happy! The bangs required a little trimming as well but it is the perfect length for me now.

The hair on this topper is very soft and real looking. No one can tell it’s not my own hair. Also the base size fits my head perfectly.

The wig liner cap looks like the one I wanted. It is slightly tight, but not as tight as some I do not like. I think it will wash easily and stay in good condition.

The wig was very nice, so soft. Unfortunately, the color was much lighter than I expected & just didn’t look good on me so I returned it.

*updated* Purchased an Ellen Willie wig, the reason for losing 1 star is the price advertised on the display doesn't match the final price. You only get the advertised price if you pick a color that just so happens to be on sale, that may be the way it's always been done but I feel it's misleading. The wig I received I'm not happy with at all and Customer service contacted me to resolve my complaint satisfactorily. So far I'm satisfied with their service and even ordered a different wig.

The delivery was faster than I thought it would be from the US and since I live in Australia that is important because you only have 30 days from the day the order is processed to return or exchange your purchase. My purchase had to be returned because the color was not a good match for my hair, and it delayed my returning the parcel as they had a telephone No to ring customer care if you lived outside the US to get return postage instructions. However on ringing that No it told me it was disconnected, so I had to wait another 2 days to return my purchase down at my local Post Office, which delayed my returning the product, so here's hoping they receive it with in the 30 days, so I can have my refund and order a new colour.
