Not a good first time experience with this company ... I ordered then made a return, then ordered a topper ... they never answered my emails with concerns... I had to call them both times ... just ok.

the wig is ok , but very overpriced and just days after i purchased it an increase in the on line discount was posted, feel like i got used TWICE.

It did not fit the way I expected. It looks fuzzy in the front.

I don't think so I best keep it to my self.

This wig does not match the curls in the picture of wig on the Website.

I ordered the VIVICiA FOX #280 wig (little Gray). I was expecting a little bit more Gray/Silver to be in the wig. Did not look quite like the picture, but the cut/style was great.

I originally purchased a wig and when it Arrived it was lighter than I expected so I returned it. (& had to pay a fee, which is unfortunate). I purchased the same wig but in the darker color I would prefer. About 10 days after my purchase, I receive An email stating its on back order and I won’t recieve it for awhile. Well it’s been about a month and a half and I still have yet to recieve my wig! This company needs better customer service and overall better processing. I won’t be ordering from Wigs.com anymore.

Wish we had a choice on what size to order. The ones I ordered where a little too short and one did not look like it as pictured.
