I’m new to wearing wigs and I keep hoping the next one I order is “the one”. So far I’ve been very disappointed. The wigs are beautiful, the fit is just all over the place. Mostly too small, and this last one arrived without a tag so I’m not certain if I will even get a credit for my return. The wigs I ordered are beautiful and look very real, they are just too tight so I’m going to try one more time and see if my new order is a comfortable fit.

The wig I received is much shorter than the way it looks on Vivica. I was disappointed when I saw it.

When my order of wig care products arrived the outside corner of the box was wet and had a hole in it. Upon opening the box everything inside was wet. I removed the plastic shrink wrap off the 4 items inside the box and found the shampoo was in the open position. I took photos of inside and outside of the box. I called customer service and the lady was very nice and she walked me thru on how to send the photos via email. I'm a senior and had never uploaded photos before. They sent me another bottle of shampoo the same day. The customer service was great !!

The Tyler style is sporty, the color silver tone is soft. Overall the wig looks natural with just enough shine and hair is full but not heavy looking. My head is small so combs would have been nice for extra security. Also I would had preferred the sideburns to be a bit longer.

I bought Fame, a very comfortable wig but does not look anything like the picture. I have found if you watch the video on the right bottom of the page, that is a true picture of what you will receive. I feel they style the wigs and it’s deceiving and disappointing that not all of us have a wig stylist. Please stop showing the deceiving pictures and show the real length and style of the wig. Game is much longer than shown almost to the point of false advertising. This is not my first wig and have been a customer for years, but show the wig without styling and even cutting. Luckily I do like the style

Loved your site, delivery was super fast and the wig was of real quality but the color was way off, almost dirty blonde instead of dark brown. This was a wig for my son who has lupas. Would order again if the color was darker.

I thought it would be easier to attach and expected it to be curlier than it is. If you have something like this that attaches with a clip and maybe a little longer and curlier I would be interested in seeing it.
