Color is way off. I am returning it.

I have purchased this specific item previously many times. This last purchase was somehow different,the sides were shorter,the quality seemed inferior,I’am not sure why the difference.I was disappointed. I don’t know what to think. Thanks

Lack of communication. I asked for direction in initiating a return. Received no response. On my own I returned the item. I sent three (3) emails requesting confirmation of item receipt before I received a response. Did receive refund (less shipping) but too much work involved.

Having to send the 2nd wig back as the color is totally off.

There are a lot of inconsistencies with wig reorders - I LOVED the first Sky wig I received and was able to wear it right out of the box. I have been having trouble getting a replacement that is the same, or even similar - the hair sticks up at the crown or they're too shaggy. I'm stuck wearing my original after multiple attempts to get a new one. Also, for Canadian orders, UPS consistently adds around $50 in COD charges for every delivery. I've never had this problem with other on-line orders.

Not as thick as others have said in their reviews. Mine had a bald spot so I returned it. Cute style, though.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered rh iui s same wig. It is very different this time and I was sent the wrong color. I was very disappointed at first but I decided to keep the wig. It is a much darker color and does not have the blonde highlights. There it s not enough hair on this one and the lace front is visible at the hairline. Also it is thinner and shows more if the cap in the part.

I ordered two wigs in the last couple of months and both needed returned. The first one was not controllable. It was stickong out all over and actually had crimped hair in the back. The second wig, Score, had hair at the crown that would not lay down.
