An ordinary postage stamp would be ‘enough for the flimsy item sent..instead of 12.50. Unwearable and not lobster claw so doesn't stay on anyway. Useless but no,point to return for additionaln10.00

Ordered 2 wigs & asked that they be personally inspected prior to mailing. Received wigs. One was ok the other one totally trash. I was charged postage yo return the wig & only 1/2 or less was refunded. I will never do business with your company again. Your return policies are horrible. I should not be charged for a wig that is not wearable!!!

I bought a wig as a gift for my wife who lost her hair due to chemo. By tne time she had time to try on the wig, it was 2 weeks past the return by date and she did not like it. I didn't expect a refund but they would not even exchange it. My wife tried it on once and the tag was still on it. This company has no heart and all they care about is their bottom line.

Horrible.My wig had a 1" part in the middle so I sent it back. Wigs refused the return, said it had scent (medically allergic to scent and never use products with scent) and picture showed the lace was ragged. Funny, the wig was blond, so it wasn't my wig and had no 1" part. Refuses my return. Unacceptable and contacting several agencies to get a return. edit: wigs.com never said they were returning the wig to me. They did call me and asked me 10 irrelevant questions about my wig buying purchase rather than listening to why I returned it, really poor quality wig with 1" part. They keep saying the same excuses like the lace was ragged, never touched, sent back in perfect shape. Wig they showed the picture of was blond, mine was brown hair. Don't buy.

I never received the shipment as it was held in customs in Mexico. I never returned the product although UPS said I refused it. That wasn't possible since I only received an information post that it was being scanned in the warehouse ... many hours from where I live. The messages to me were in Spanish, so I couldn't read them but translation didn't imply anything about me accepting or declining the shipment. It was never delivered to Puerto Vallarta where I live. Then you said you'd only (maybe) refund me half of the price. Not a good business plan.

Super excited to order wig to upgrade for funerals and weddings since I am 72 and balding. Hair so thin in back of wig It does not hide weft even with shaking or teasing. Removed tags before I realized problem. I do not want to wear a wig that everyone can see is a wig. Positive note- wig fit better than any of my other wigs and I loved color and style. My hair is white now and I wanted a nice stylish white to wear out.
