I have ordered wigs from wigs.com for years but the last order I received the hair was so wild and tried letting it sit on stand for week to see if it would tame and it just wouldn’t, so sent back. I have ordered this wig for years but this one not good. Hope the next one will be better.

I’ve had great experiences with your company, but im still waiting on my last order that I placed on January 23. I hope it will be delivered sometime in the near future, as i did get an email mid February of a back order. I attempted to call on the backorder on March 9th and was told I’d get a call back the next day, but never did. I hope I can regain my confidence, but right now I’m not sure.

I placed my order Feb 28. Two days later, March 2, I realized that I had chosen the wrong colour, so I called wigs.com and was told that the product had already been shipped and could not change the colour. Today, March 15, I just received notice that my hair has just been shipped. Disappointed that the rep gave me incorrect information.

The company rises the prices often on the specific style you buy significantly. So it is hard to maintain a certain "look".

I have used wigs.com for over 20 yrs. Very reliable good quality wigs. Recent attempts to order has been difficult as I am unable to pull up examples of the colors as I had been able to before. I still recommend wigs com to new alopecia pts. (I've had it for 40yrs now).

Well, I have used wigs.com more than a couple of times. They always make the customer pay shipping if the product is on sale, which I find unfair. They are making plenty of money even if they are on sale. Another problem I had this time, I was sent the wrong color, and I had to pay for shipping it back to them even though it was their mistake.

I have purchased Several wigs on wigs. com. I have been pleased with the quality of this wigs. However I have had very poor customer service with this company. I have been sent the wrong color of wig on almost every order I have made and of course it has to be returned. They are very pleasant to talk to on the phone but they just cannot get most of the orders correct

Wigs are not of consistent quality, despite numerous complaints to customer service team it looks as there are no internal quality controls, you cannot accept each & every wig manufacturer makes, you must have internal procedures to make sure at least length is consistent, forget the volume as that seems totally out of control, truly disappointed with the inconsist quality/spec of products
