EDIT IN RESPONSE TO RETAILER RESPONSE - I stand by my review and urge consumers to shop at a retailer that cares and offers rewards on open box items. (wigoutlet.com is the sister site to wigs.com, this is the only retailer with rewards that excludes the open box items) It is alarming the retailer does not seem to recognize and/or understand the problem This review was about: 1. Wigs.com blocked a consumer on social media that contacted you due to ongoing issues with the website. 2. There was only ONE sale going on and nobody tried to use two coupons. 3. The retailer should know their website only allows one sale at a time, I the consumer recognized the problem, the retailer fixed it on the site the next day, after you blocked me on social media for notifying you of the issue. 4. Wigs.com responds by saying you can only use one coupon code clearly still missing the problem. ________________________________________________ Wigs.com and wigoutlet.com updated their websites, it has prevented consumers from being able to sign in, making it impossible to buy their wigs. Today wigs.com had a 30% off sale, there was an issue with the website, causing it to show 30% off clearance price items, and when checking out, the coupon code was denied, and the price was not honored. No big deal, but I wanted to let them know, sent them a message on FB with screen shots, and they blocked me. Not happy either the wig at all and would like a refund.

Charging me to return an order that was wrong and totally not my fault. Refusing to refund my entire amount of $ that I paid.

The picture didn't match the product, and I had to spend extra dollars for return shipping. I whined; Wigs.com didn't care.

First of all did not like color but that’s not your fault. I have purchased this wig in another color and loved the wig. But this one was nothing like the first one. It is going back.

I paid for the 2 day shipping and did not get it for 6 days and that’s not including the day I ordered it. Also the hair is very thin and rats up very easily while wearing it.

The wig does not look like the one on your website. Going to return it.

I returned this hairpiece in pristine condition. And I only received about a 1/3 refund no explanation as to why. 9/26/2022: Received your response stating the refund was less shipping. I know that. The hairpiece itself was $20+ and you are returning $6+. Not happy
