I don't know how to rate this because I was not happy with my wig but it is because I chose the wrong color. It needed to blend in with my real hair and it was just wrong, it was much too light. I know that is my fault, sort of, but I feel there is very little accurate guidance in how to choose the color. All of the wig sites, including this one, give some vague information on choosing the right color but it is not helpful. Yes, they allow returns, but now I am waiting a week for the return to be shipped and processed, and then I will wait another week while my new choice is shipped. So I am returning my wig, and I will get a credit which I will use to make a second guess at the color. I hope I guess right this time. I am not having a good experience.

Color was perfect. This is my third one of the same style. Needs more hair in the front and top. Thinner then my others I have bought. Overall a great wig

The wig I ordered had a flaw in structure. Was very disappointed that there was no way to replace. Had to send back and reorder if I wanted the same wig. Should be a way to ask for a replacement...not get a refund or credit and reorder. I do not know if I will be able to get it for the same price again.

I was unhappy with color and style of the wig. Called and got customer service for information on sending it back. Sent it back the next day. Still waiting for my refund.

There's a great selection and of course you're encouraged to try wigs. The only thing is that there is a restocking fee and it really adds up. I wound up paying $60 that turned in to nothing for me between postage both ways and restocking fees. I did order one wig that I know is a good one but the one I got came in a condition that was not usable (frizzy and did not lay well; it was in new condition, but not good). It was a loss and I've lost confidence in shopping with Wigs.com.

I think charging a restocking fee is wrong especially if the wig is only tried on then returned. I feel its a rip off of consumers hard earned money and I am sure other customers agree! Some wigs still give a very natural look, but most dont. They have too high density or too shiny or an awful cut or style and for the price thats crazy! I bought a synthetic wig back in early 2000 and it lasted me a year and wore it right out of the box. When I washed it, it bounced right back. Nowadays the quality is not there, the material must be much cheaper that they use when making a wig now. Its disappointing.

Quality of hair not good?, nothing to clip hair piece to head. To return you have to pay restocking fee and postage by then you've lost half your money.. unfair.

The color was darker than the picture. I would have sent it back, but after what I paid in shipping to receive it, and shipping it back, would have exceeded the price of the order.
