bought a wig.. the color was wrong for me.. had to pya to send it back...decided to use my store credit to get another one just in a different color..then had to pay shipping on that...grrrr

They do not update the website when an item is out of stock. You are contacted several days later, and then the resolution takes way too long to process. I'm still waiting to receive a wig I should have received several days ago. Not well run.

1st wig Charli, was too full & even with thinning it still looked like a wig. 2nd wig Autumn, is extremely shiny, too thick & looks soooo wiggy. I won't be wearing either one. I finally learned my lesson.

I was really looking forward to my new wig. I spent months looking into the product and everything. I finally got my wig and everything seemed great but the bangs looked burnt and frayed. I didn't have time to return it before i had to use it so i couldn't return it. The color wasn't what i intended either; to red or "copper". You win some but i lost on this
