Although I had to return my item because the color was too dark, I was very happy with the return process. My return was processed and my credit card was issued the refund in less that week. It was a very easy process with no issues at all. I will order from them in the future. I have confidence that if something isn't right with my order, the refund process should go smoothly.

Returned my first order with no issues. The wig was nice but wrong color for me. Ordered a topper in a different color instead. Shipping was fast and refund on return was timely. Recommend

The wig that I received is probably the most comfortable one that I have ever worn. Just taking it out of the box and putting it on without much fuss, was the best.
