Thanks. I am very happy with the wig I purchased from you. However, I wanted another wig to change off. When I checked your site, after looking at another site they had the exact wig I wanted for more than a hundred dollars less. When I called your company to ask about why there was such a huge difference in the price I got a very rude answer from a gentleman. I have since purchased it from another company.

I understand that merchandise can be in and out of stock, however I feel that 30 days is too long to wait for the item I ordered.

Ordered this wig in color HT5618 which states the color is white gray highlight on front & side. Salt & pepper root, light gray tips. When I received it, it was salt & pepper all over and did not look at all like the color described You should be able to trust what is ordered is what you will get. I kept the wig and did not return due to additional postage. I am not at all satisfied with this product and would not order again.

I have paid for two wigs that I have not yet received.

The wrong color was sent

My wig has yet to arrive. 11 days after ordering and no communication i contacted the company. They responded that it was back ordered. In no way at all did they reach out to me to let me know. I ordered a color i didn’t really want because the one i did want was marked out of stock. I would rather wait for the one i want than the one i chose that was ready to ship but hasn’t weeks later. Communication is key.

My order was backordered and I received no email or notice to tell me that.

I ordered 2 items. I received one with standard shipping, after 7 business days. The other never arrived. I called once and I was told that They would communicate with the warehouse and call me with a shipping number. never received a call. Called a second time 5 days later and they told me that the warehouse never responded. She was going to contact me the next day with the resolution from her manager. Never got call back. Then called again they said that my item was in back order. No offer to change the order was presented to me. i asked about my options and I decided to order a new color. No information that it has been shipped yet.
