The quality of the wig I have been buying for years has gotten so bad that I have to order several at a time to even find one that is sort of worth keeping and then I have to send the others back because the quality is so poor. It is the Cameron by Rene of Paris. Even when I keep one it is never good quality and doesn't last long. When I first started getting this wig it was so nice. I wish you could make it like you used to. I have tried other wigs but can't find another one that really looks good on me.

Unlike my other purchases this one arrived with a defective bang. As such I am trying out their return plan. I am unclear as to why I have to have a deducted shipping amount for a defective item? In general this company has sent me good products.

The wig was a very poor quality considering it was $425. We returned it and going with a different company.

I cannot get a resolution from customer service despite several emails. I am beyond frustrated. I have spent thousands of dollars on Jon Reneau wigs. I will not buy again from wigs.com. Buy elsewhere. There are many reputable dealers. This is not one of them. Beyond disappointed. They have asked for my cooperation and I’ve provided it. Yet still no resolution.

Wig was secured in box inside out, I couldn’t even see what it looked like, I called to return it and was told that you do not pay for shipping so I got stuck paying to return it. It was returned on dec 12th sent back by UPS. Thank you Patricia Stack

Was not refunded the postage I paid or the taxes charged. Does not seem to be hard to do because I included all the necessary paper work, inside the wig box, that you needed to complete the return correctly.

You sent the wrong size. I immediately sent it back as per instructions and asked you to just send the same wig, average size in return. Haven’t heard a word, gotten a phone call, email or text. Now what?

Absolutely not! I purchased a Raquel Welch synthetic wig (Scene Stealer) in the pumpkin spice color. Out of the bag IT WAS GORGEOUS! But….i wore it twice (less than 2 hours each time) and the bottom 6 inches turned into Barbie hair (zero product was used on this wig and no alterations made). I simple put it on and wore it to a meeting. It looked a little off when I got home but I brushed it and placed it back in the bag for good keeping and after the second use (another 2 hour meeting), I was devastated at what I paid and what I am now stuck with. YUCK. I purchased the recommended leave in spray conditioner in hopes to salvage and it is awful. It cannot be returned because I wore it and now I am stuck with a wig I cannot wear. I am incredibly disappointed.
