I was shocked to learn that the prices had gone up so drastically. . 65% The same wig I paid $115 for previously was $191! If I didn't desperately need a new one, I would have gone elsewhere

When I placed and paid for a purchase I was not notified that the item in the color that I wanted was not available and would not be available for, most likely, 60-90 days. Adding insult to injury, the company did not contact me with that information, it was only after I made inquires as to when the item might be sent -days after placing the order- that I was told of the" backorder".... As with other companies,I should not have been able to place an order for an item that is not available(in a color preference)and instead I should have been prompted to select another color or to check in periodically to see if my first choice was available.Best customer service would be NOT to take my money and to put me on a list"to notify" when the item i(n my color choice )is back in inventory. I may never order from this company again....

The wig itself was of good quality, but color not as expected and perhaps, the style was not as becoming. I asked customer service if there was a retail location in the KC area where I could go to try wigs in person since the only way to get a full refund is a store credit. I was told no, only online. If you only sell online, you should give a full refund so that customers can try a wig without loosing money. I will not take chances on buying your wigs when you take money back if the wig is not becoming. Therefore, I will not use or recommend wigs.com. This venture cost me $35.00 plus shipping.

Arrived quickly but looked terrible since there was visible non-removable plastic along the entire rim of the topper. Have to return it for this reason.

The wig is not stable and the silicone pads are very thick that makes it hard to fit probably .

The wig I received had alot of frizz all along the front hairline and it was suppose to be lacefront. So I couldn't wear it cause of all the frizz showing and had to return it. I hope I get reimbursed soon.
