Wish the wigs were longer lasting. You spend $1,500 + on a wig, you would expect it to last a few months, at least! They look Amazing at the beginning and then they begin to wear out their beauty.

The only reason I give the 3 star review is because of the color. I knew when I ordered it was a chance they wouldn't match. All other aspects of the entire transaction would be rated very high.

Good selection of wigs, fast delivery, fast refund. I would give more stars but I wish I didn’t have to pay a shipping fee each time I purchase a wig, especially when I can’t try it on until I receive it. I liked the wig but it didn’t look good on me. I would think there would be free shipping on orders over a certain amount.

The color I picked from the photo was not what I received though all the numbers matched. I am very disappointed. Sadly, I will be shipping it back.

The color was supposed to be light ash blonde. What you sent was a light GOLDEN blonde -- way too much gold in the color for me. But, my husband likes it, so I will keep it for now. I need wigs with a silvery color in them, NOT YELLOW. Wish your dyers knew what ash blonde means.

Same brand on QVC colors are named differently, but, are identical. Sucked becasue i had to pay so much to ship back. Just be honest!

The colors of the wigs do not match the pictures on the web site. I don't think the model is wearing the wig sent.

I HAVE PURCHASE MANY WIGS WITH THE SAME CUT. I PURCHASED 2 WIGS THIS TIME (SAME AS ABOVE) BUT I HAVE ONLY OPENED ONE, THE HAIR STICK STRAIGHT UP ON TOP AND DOES NOT SEEM TO WANT TO WORK WITH ME. SO I AM NOT AS HAPPY AS I HAVE BEEN IN THE PAST!
