Liked the quality and the prompt service but for Canadians, the price difference and the astronomical cost of shipping are problematic.

Hello Gail, We know that shopping online and shipping internationally can be a bit more costly for our clients outside of the U.S. For you next order please give us a call, we would be happy to see what discounts are available to you that day and help you with any conversions of the exchange rate. We are here for you and always happy to help any way we can. Warmest Regards, The Wig Experts

The piece was great. I bought it for my mom and the color was a little off. Otherwise great quality.

The hair products I ordered are great so I gave a 4 star review but I can't give a 5 star as I have been so disappointed in the wigs I've bought the last number of years. They are not the quality of the Gabor ones (same style) that I bought in the past and they seem to get worse each time. Some are so frizzy they look like they are made of different material then in the past;, uneven with one side shorter than the others and I wouldn't be caught wearing them even to work in my garden. I keep hoping if I order more they will finally give me some good ones but I confess I'm nervous to try again as that has not been my experience other than those IU originally bought yeas back. I should throw them out they are getting worn out but they are the only ones I would wear and so needed the hair care products to try and make them look better. Your wigs use to be lovely I cannot say that anymore and would no longer recommend to friends to purchase any

Hello Betty, We are very sorry to hear about how disappointed you are with the recent wigs you received. We would love to understand a bit more about your experience and see how we can help. Unfortunately we were only able find your order for the care products but could not find any orders for wigs that you had placed with us here on Wigs.com. Could you please return our call or provide us with another order number so we can look into further into this for you? Your feedback is important to us and we would love to address any concerns regarding quality. We hope you will allow us to continue to serve you in the future. Respectfully, The Wig Experts

This was over all a good experience the wig arrived in a timely fashion and I loved colour ginger brown Roni and has lots of texture. The thing I didn't like was its a very full wig which is not what I expected. I have cancer and chemo caused me to loose my hair and I have lived in my bald state for some time so of course when I look at the wig on it seems really full to me . I have been told it looks like real hair . I'm wearing it to day and going to doctors appointments and such it has given a boost . I still can look beautiful even with ugly old cancer .

I am returning the wig because I don't like and when I follow the instructions for returning it and fill the form to received the UPS label, it shows Puerto Rico is on one of the states list but it did not permit me to print the label. I call your customer service and they say Puerto Rico is not included in the shipping to return the wig, that I need to return it by the way I wish. Very upset.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Mar 21, 2022
Hello Provi, We are sorry for any confusion regarding our return policy. You are more than welcome to return your order. We offer UPS prepaid return labels for US Ground orders but since you are in Puerto Rico your return will need to be shipped with Air Shipping with your preferred carrier. We do see that you spoke with one of our representatives today who we hope was able to assist you and clarify this matter for you. We hope you will allow us to continue to serve you for your future hair needs. Best Regards, The Wig Experts

Wigs.com carries a wide selection of quality synthetic and human hair wigs. I was also able to find more in-stock colors and selections at this site than other online venues. I placed an order for 2 wigs. The website confirmed the order status and provided detailed tracking information once shipped, so I was surprised to discover 1 wig was missing. I called their support line to inquire. The representative was extremely nice and stated the item was on backorder. She quoted the date of availability. The delayed wig arrived around that time-frame. When the wigs arrived they were nicely packaged. In this pandemic age, it is understandable that items may go on backorder. Please improve communication during ordering and/or shipment to avoid surprises. Overall, I am very happy with the wigs, selection, and prices; and will order from them again.
