Ordered on Thursday with expedited 2-3 day shipping. Never received any text or e-mail notification on shipment; called Customer Service to learn that wig on backorder; modified order to something available. Promised I would have on Wednesday, did not arrive until Thursday. When wig did arrive it had a very strong chemical odor. Had to air out for three days. Then had to pay someone over $30 to trim up the wig as it was much longer than described. I had already tried the wig on in a different color and that wig was perfect so far as length. I am finally wearing wig and like it but too much hassle, stress and lack of communication for me. Maybe 3 stars is too many!

the service is outstanding, but I did not like the quality of the wig, and returned it. It is a bit galling to have to then pay for shipping both ways. (I had received free shipping for delivery.) But returning it was easy and I received credit quickly.

I gave 3 stars only because the wig did not meet my expectations. Customer service was great and the ease of ordering was simple. The wig, however, was either packaged wrong or made wrong because there were some imperfections. I've been wearing the Erin wig everyday for years because of permanent hair loss, so I am very picky. I sent it back with no problems, but now it is out of stock. I'm freaking out :(

This is a pretty wig, but I'm accustomed to wigs holding their style all day. This wig appears short in the pictures, but actually more mid length. The sides are way too long and falls forward during the day. Too expensive (costing 4 times what I normally spend on a wig). Not returning because I don't want to pay a 15% restocking fee after trying the wig on. Will not be purchasing another vogue wig.

The colors don’t match up like on the site...

Regarding the purchase on the Jon Renau Ignite wig I rate wigs.com a 3 star. The wig was not exact to the photos I had sent a photo of me and also a photo of another customer who had reviewed so they could see. Mine was much longer and no real bang like in the mini video. I had played with it and used products on it so I can’t return it. Am going to have to have my stylist do her magic. The company needs to take issues more serious. It is clearly not the wig I had purchased. I did find Ignite elsewhere and it is exactly as the photos on the style show

While they seen to have a large selection of wigs and hair pieces, picking a color is a nightmare. When I called to get help, the person I spoke to was of no help at all. I returned the piece I purchased as the color was completely different than what is shown on their website. They have to be able to show the colors closer to what is sent out.

I really need more info regarding color selection, wearability, more accurate photos of color selection. Operationally they provide good customer service it just seems the company could do a lot better with the above items. I did receive a topper, color looks wwaaay off from postage stamp preview and I did ask if a larger pic was Available, but no. And really, with a topper it’s imperative that color match your own hair and info on how to blend the piece in so it’s not sitting like a mop on top of your head is crucial. A visit to a hairdresser is needed to pull these pieces off. For the money I will play w it but it’s not a simple feat to make these blend naturally with your own hair.
