The return process ws excellent - refund processed quickly. I did not keep the wig as it was not red at all and I ordered red. Nice wig though just not the color I wanted

The wig I purchased was really cute, however, it did not fit so I returned it. The return process was extremely easy. I will be looking into purchasing another wig from Wigs.com down the road.

Although the wig I ordered was not to my liking, I carefully followed the return instructions and sent it back the very next day. Upon receipt of the package I received an email stating that my return was accepted and my cc had been credited. That's how returns should be handled by more online retailers.

The whole process was great. Got the wig real fast. Love the color. I will have to take it in have my beautician trim the bangs they are too long for me the hair gets in my eyes I have never had that much hair so it is a big adjustment for me. Love ease of just putting it on an fuss just a little with it. I hope trimming the front will help with it falling in my eyes. All and all Love it.

You FINALLY made this wig with more body on the crown. I've order this one over and over only to return it. When I first bought it many years ago, it was perfect. But, when I ordered it over the past year or so, I kept returning it because it wasn't as good as the others. The crown was always so flat and the workmanship was shoddy. I'm so happy to have received the 'right' one this time. Too much $$ returning all of these wigs. :(
