Too small for a good full bang, have to add hair!

I just can’t figure out why so many wigs and hairpieces look so fake.

I ordered two wigs from the Raquel Welch collection. The fit is good on both but one is totally different color than the one shown. I know I can return but due to personal issues can’t get to post office by the time they gave me.

Good brand but flawed wig.

The topper I bought was beautiful however it was the wrong color. I sent it back in pristine condition and in the 14 days given for returns. my invoice total was $91.27 and my refund amount was $74.81. so I lost $16,46 because the topper I received was the wrong color. I spoke with customer service and was told they did not refund taxes or shipping.I paid for shipping to get my product and although they did give me a prepaid ups label for return shipping they deducted that amount from my refund and the the tax amt.was not refunded and I am sure when that topper is resold they will tax the next customer. I will never order from them again..

The first wig was a petite/average size.Loved the style & color— It was too small. Sent back, thank you for the refund. I reordered Gia synthetic wig in 2 colors. I received the wigs and got two wigs in the same color, copper glaze! My original order as it states on the invoice: 1 Honey-Wheat & 1 copper glaze. NOW-I have to send back one and hopefully get the correct wig. Sandra Davidson

I love that your wigs are good quality and have the color variations that you do however, being charged $7.95 for return shipping due to the color being off was a bit much. I feel you should get a better return policy. It is hard to color match using a computer. Also, I was advised about your color ring option, but do you have to spend $7.95 each way for shipping for those as well?

Not worth the money.Dont believe it is authentic
