I ordered a two wigs of same style different colors. Neither were the colors I could use and the wig did not look at all like. The picture. I asked to return and hit a wall. The website did not say there would be any fees deducted from my refund. Essentially I got the run around via email and was forced to accept a 20 percent deduction to get the return authorization . Customer service is absurd and very poor in communicating with customers. I will never order from them again.

Their price match guarantee only applies to merchants from their internal list which is impossible to find. They don't tell you about problems with your order until you email them. They allow you to order products that are out of stock and are not expected to arrive for months, but have no problem charging you immediately. I ordered a wig and waited for three weeks before contacting them, at which point I was told that I could either cancel my order now, or they would do it automatically after a month since the purchase date. That's over a thousand dollars that gets to sit in their accounts instead of mine for a month. The order status on the website is never updated - both wigs I have ordered in the past that have been delivered, and wigs that I just ordered have the same unprocessed status.

Not the cheapest for wig, for this exact same wig. Nice wig, came fast. BUT Shipping charges about 8.00 to get it. Wasn't a good fit- so had to be returned (which I did within 3 days!) which cost ANOTHER 10.69 to mail then Wigs.com tagged on a "handling fee" of ANOTHER 9.00.WHEW! Found a similar wig for 42.00 in a local store fit & looks very nice. SHOP before you buy!!

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. I’ve spoke with customer service twice and received two different answers. Two weeks of waiting to hear that my product has been shipped or has been delayed.

I ordered this topper two weeks ago, and paid extra shipping, because I was going on vacation and wanted it for that. It still has not arrived !

I was very disappointed in the product, in the color and the cost to return the product. It would have taken a lot of work to get it to look natural.

I am rating the "new" quality of the Top Billing topper hair piece. The quality has gone down drastically. Previously, there was more thickness, but now they are thin and scraggly. It is too bad because they use to be such a beautiful help to women with very thinning hair. Very disappointing.
