Wigs.com doesnot carry or stock popular colors and have frequent back orders so once they come back in stock they will most likely not be eligible for a sale. They could easily call the manufacturer but have not. I actually got the wig and color I wanted from another company that called the manufacture directly then had my wig next day aired to me. Very disappointing.

Wigs.com mixed up my address causing me to be charge an extra $92. They won't refund the error. I can't trust they will get it right next time

I received the wig, but was disappointed in 1) the size (too small) and 2) the color was off. I had ordered this wig before, about a year and a half ago, and it was a better fit and the color was true to what was shown. I will be returning it.

I am giving a 2 because I ordered a wig on the 10 of July and had to send it back and done so the 13th and have called 3 times and get the same answer that I should get an email soon. I have ordered several wigs from them and never before had any trouble.

I placed an order, requested and paid extra for expedited shipping to ensure I had my new wig prior to vacation. The order never came (still). When I called to inquire I was told the item was backordered. I was left without the product for my vacation and still don’t have it.

I ordered the Jon Renau easipart HD8........the color was not nearly the one shown in the picture and the piece itself doesnt do anything regarding a little more volume.......not worth that price.......also the customer pays return is very uncommon plus a $10 fee ???????? would never order again.

I have purchased 4 wigs, and have returned all 4. Either the color, or the style didn't look like the picture that made me choose the wig. The real problem is that returning the wig involves the customer paying the return shipping (for me, $10,60) each time, and returning your money as a credit, or taking a refund, which incurs s $10.00 handling fee. So far, I paid a little over $300.00; plus over $30.00 in return shipping charges, they still have my money, and I have not received a wig that had the right color, or style that seemed to match the online description and photos. Other online retailers will send you a hair color ring for a moderate fee, so you can be sure of the color, and credit your account when you return it. Here I am, still without a wig that I am happy with, down over $330.00, and not sure how to proceed.
