I ordered my item a month ago, and I didn’t receive an update that my item was going to be delivered in another month after I called customer service. However, the survey arrived after 30 days of waiting. I will not use this company. Two months is a long time to wait for an order.

The wig is great but I had to pay $38 in duty as I live in Canada.

We do apologize about the cost for duties and fees. We do offer discounts at different times, hopefully that would help with those costs. My first shopping experience. The customer service dept’t didn’t respond to my email, the shipping didn’t occur until after I inquired. I asked to cancel my order but it was never acknowledged. The website is great however the super slow shipping, and no communication is why I ranked this the way I did.

We are sorry that you feel this way, we do try and make our pictures up to date and provide the best pictures. We are working on a different shipping process/method and it should make our shipping and processing much quicker! Our records indicate you placed this order on the afternoon of 07/09 and we notified you on 07/12 it was out of stock. Currently processing does take anywhere from 1-3 business days, but as mentioned earlier we are hoping with our new shipping process this will go much faster and smoother. We appreciate your feedback and hope that you allow us to assist you in the future.

Offered free gift with purchase. Received email confirmation including two free gifts, which were also on the packing slip when my purchased arrived. No free gifts were included. When customer service replied to my inquiry, they called me Joy, which isn't even my name. Makes a customer feel really special.

We do offer returns on items as long as they are in the original condition, and postmarked within 30 days receipt of the order. Wig was to blond on top and dark brown on bottom. It looked fake because it was shinny shinny. Did not look real. I was so disappointed so tried to fix it by dying and that turned out terrible. I had been so hopeful that it would be as pictured but wasn’t what I wanted.

Very, very slow delivery. It turns out it was back-ordered and the company charged my credit card even before it had been shipped out. Came out of the box flat and limp. I going to have to take it and have it styled to look the the catalog picture.
