When we received your concerns, one of our representatives requested images of the item to better assist you with this matter. They included some information on what the item you purchased needed to ensure the best experience and to see if there was a product you needed or if it was a defective item. The reason for this information is because Heat friendly fiber is prone to tangling. However, They also offered a virtual consultation where we would be able to sit with you via Zoom which would help us to see the item, discuss the situation, and better address your concerns.
