I was excited to have finally ordered a 'WIG'............. only to find that it was way too big for my head!!! My disappointment was palpable so I consulted my nearly 40 year experienced beautician friend, and after trying it on my head properly, she told me that, yes, it was too large on top and in the back to be wearable. She advised that what I needed was a 'demi' wig in a pixie short cut that fit close to the nape of the neck and crown of my head. Though painful, I am obliged to have to return this beautiful hairpiece and hope that you will be able to suggest a replacement that will be a better fit for me. My hair is very fine and very thin so I hope you can help me.

The price, customer service, and wig quality were all 110%. Didn’t care for the styling, so I will just restyle it and it will be perfect. I look at other places, but have used wigs.com for about 10 years without a problem. I can’t find a reason to change. I’m staying.

The wig is like it was portrayed. The only reason I rated less than perfect is the bangs and sides by the face stuck out in an unmanageable manner. before I could wear it I had to wash and set the wig twice and still fighting it to lay right. Even with that it is better color and cut than other wigs I found on line.

Some of the wigs don't look like those pictured. But by and large I'm very happy with Wigs.com., especially Raquel Welch.

I have small head so straight up petite would have been better. I also would prefer lace cap as this one can be uncomfortable after a while. I do love the cut. It looks very cute on.

My consultation was good but you didn’t have the color I wanted in stock.She made a good effort to find a replacement. I should not have paid shipping. I asked the consultant to credit it and she said that she couldn’t and would ask her supervisor. I want this to be taken care of.
