If you aren't going to pull the bangs (front of the hair) back or off to the side then you may want to choose something that isn't lace front. We would be happy to assist you in finding something else you may like better. You are welcome to send the piece back for either store credit (if you want to try something else) or for a refund, as long as the item is in the original condition and postmarked within 30 days from when received. We are sorry to hear that the color didn't work out for you. You are welcome to send it back for either store credit (if you want to try a different color) or for refund. We have 3 options to assist you with choosing color: call our wig experts at 1-800-581-2001 Monday-Friday 8am-6:30pm CST, send in a hair sample and we will color match, or you can purchase the color ring for the piece to see the colors in person. We appreciate your feedback and hope you allow us to assist you with this in the future.

We are sorry to hear about your experience and unhappiness. We have made improvements on notifying clients within 24-48 hours when the item ordered is not in stock. In regards to the previous order (Ivy) it has a basic cap construction, this means it will have permatease (pre teasing at the root) to cover the cap. Many times this is what is mistaken for fly away hair. You can brush it to make it look more natural, create more volume, and the little hairs wouldn't be as noticeable. If you hadn't worn it we would have been able to accept it back as a return. We hope that you allow us another opportunity in the future to assist you. We appreciate your feedback.
