Hi Kathryn, We are sorry to hear of the issues you are having with Drive. There are ways to help or fix this issue! Run your hands together and press down with the hair in the direction you want it to lay. Comb/have the hair pushed away from your face and use steam towards the area (from a wig steamer). Use a flat iron (275-300 degrees) and style it away from the face. Our representative will also call you today to go over this! We hope this helps.
