We accept items in their original condition (how they were sent out) with tags and packaging returned within 30 days. Again we are sorry we could not accept the item back and refund you. We sincerely apologize for any confusion your refund may have caused. Please note, we have refunded you less the shipping costs and breastcancer.org donation( all shipping costs are not refundable). Our customers have the option to opt out of the donation by unchecking it when putting an item in their cart. We offer the prepaid return label of 10.95 as a convenience to our customers. Please know, this is optional and you always have the option to do a self-return with a carrier of your choice. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope this was helpful! We apologize! Please know the scalp cushion is a product similar to a liner. Once a wig liner is worn it is not returnable. Wigs are returnable because we provide a liner to act as a barrier between the hairpiece and the customer's head. However, liners and in this case the scalp cushion, are only returnable if the packaging has not been opened, or used, for hygienic reasons. Please note, the scalp cushion is meant to be worn under wigs and it can be used by people with or without biological hair. As mentioned in our email to you the scalp cushion is not intended to grip or secure an item. It is only for added comfort and to avoid any itchiness, irritation, or discomfort that wigs may cause. We include videos and information on the product page to help our customers with the use of this product. We apologize if there was any confusion. We have sent you videos on how to use the item and if you need any further assistance we are here to help!
