We apologize for any confusion and difficulty. When an order is over $500 it has required signature for delivery. In order to process your return we would remove that, therefore you would have no issues returning. It does sound like possibly you may need a different size. Size is one of the most important parts of purchasing a wig. We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the piece. Basic cap construction (which the Roni has) will have permatease to help create volume and hide the cap. You do have the option to return it for store credit or refund, as long as it's in the original condition and within 30 days from when received. We would recommend trying something with a monofilament top or a different piece. Some styles we can recommend are Voltage, Sparkle, or Allure.
