The petite Portia wig was too long for me, too much hair, wrong color for me, and way too shiny. The top of the wig was way too white compared to the other colors in the wig.

The color is beautiful, the style is as advertised but the bangs look like they were cut before. They are uneven and jagged. I can’t wear the wig until I can get to a stylist to trim it.

I've used this same piece for a couple years and the color was drastically different, more than slightly off with know variations with handmade products. And the front clip doesnt lay as flat as previous pieces. Not sure if the whole layout has been changed recently? It looks so different compared to same product from other online retailers I've purchased through. Not sure why. Hope it's not because this company is selling lower quality or knock off products! I want to believe not.

Good wigs. But I object to the "sale" Promo I just got with my wig, normally about $150 marked up to $250 with a 40% off sale. Hardly a sale. That's a lousy business practice if you want people to trust you, Wigs.Com

The wigs were not what I expected. Service is impeccable though! Next time I will ask for advice before I buy.

Absolutely LOVE the wig! However, when they say they're heat sensitive, they are SERIOUS. I opened my oven and did NOT stick my head in, but just the heat coming out from the oven fried the bangs on my wig. Be forewarned! I've asked if they can discount me for a replacement, but that probably won't happen. It was $130 total and I am just crushed!!!

The website is good. but the two-way shipping fee to try a product is too high.

It didn't shake out to be like the style on the tag. It is much shorter than expected. But the quality customer service and packaging was very impressive.
